These terms apply to purchases from the A Hike with God shop. A Hike with God is a program of Guided Warriors. Please read the product description and our Refund and Returns Policy before placing an order.
Products and orders
Merchandise is made to order through our fulfillment partner, Printful. Check the size guide, selected variant, and shipping address before checkout. Product images illustrate the design; screen colors and placement can vary slightly from the finished item. If the item differs from your order or arrives damaged or defective, contact us for help.
Your confirmation email records the order details. Availability can change. If an item cannot be fulfilled or an order contains a material pricing error, we will contact you to arrange a solution or refund rather than charge an unapproved replacement price.
Prices, taxes, and payments
The checkout displays your currency, merchandise price, shipping charge, applicable tax, and final total before you pay. Payments are processed by the payment provider selected at checkout. Do not send card details by email or through our contact form.
Production and delivery
Made-to-order items require production time before shipping. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Items may ship separately. Tracking will be provided when available. Contact us promptly about address errors, cancellation requests, or delivery problems; changes may not be possible once production begins.
Returns and refunds
Our Refund and Returns Policy explains claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items and the restrictions on returns for size selection or a change of mind. Your rights under applicable consumer law remain in effect.
Shop purchases and participation
A merchandise purchase does not register you for a hike, provide membership access, or replace an event registration or waiver. Donations are covered by the Donation Policy. Hike participation follows the separate event information and participation requirements.
Privacy and contact
Our Privacy Policy describes how information is handled. For order questions, email admin@ahikewithgod.com and include your order number. The terms in effect when you order apply to that purchase.
