Information we collect and use
When you place an order, we collect your name, contact details, billing and shipping addresses, items ordered, and payment and transaction information needed to manage the purchase. We use this information to process orders, arrange delivery, answer questions, handle claims, maintain business records, and help prevent fraud.
When you use a form, register for an event, subscribe to updates, or create an account where available, we receive the information you submit. We use it to respond, manage participation and accounts, and provide the updates you requested. Account administrators can access information needed to manage these services.
The website and service providers also process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device details, cookies, and usage or security logs to operate the site, maintain sessions, measure activity, and protect against misuse.
Service providers and information sharing
We share information needed to operate the services you use with payment providers, fulfillment and delivery partners, website hosting and security providers, and email services. Shop providers include WooPayments/Stripe, PayPal, and Printful. Mailchimp supports email subscriptions. These providers process information under their own privacy notices as well as their service arrangements with us.
Your selected payment provider handles payment details. WooPay is optional; choosing to save information with WooPay allows its service to use those details for checkout under its own terms. We may disclose information when required by law or needed to address fraud, security, or legal claims.
Cookies, embedded content, and external services
Cookies support the cart, login, checkout, preferences, and related website functions. Browser settings can restrict cookies, but doing so may prevent parts of the site from working. Embedded media and payment widgets can connect to third-party services. Those services may collect information about your activity over time and across websites, subject to their privacy notices. Links to Guided Warriors, GroupMe, and other external services lead to services with their own privacy practices.
Comments and uploaded media
If you leave a public comment, the comment and associated profile information may be visible to visitors. Comment data, IP addresses, and browser information may be used for spam checks; a hash of your email may be sent to Gravatar to display your profile image. Avoid submitting private details in public comments or uploading images with embedded location data.
Retention and your choices
We retain information as needed for the service, order support, recordkeeping, and applicable legal or security requirements. Comments and related metadata may remain until removed. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the email unsubscribe link. Order and service messages are handled separately from marketing subscriptions.
Contact admin@ahikewithgod.com to request access, corrections, an export, or deletion of your information, or to submit a Nevada request to opt out of the sale of covered information. We may verify your identity before acting. Some records must be retained for legal, administrative, or security purposes.
