Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Email admin@ahikewithgod.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. Contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can submit the claim to our fulfillment partner, Printful. Please contact us promptly rather than waiting until the deadline.
For an approved claim, we will arrange a replacement or refund. Please do not mail anything back unless we give you return instructions. The same process applies to eligible defective items purchased on sale.
Size, color, and change of mind
Because products are made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for a change of mind, a size you selected incorrectly, or a different color preference. An item made in a different size or color from the one you ordered is an order issue; contact us for help.
Delivery issues and address corrections
If your package has not arrived, contact us with your order number and tracking details. Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Check the tracking updates, delivery location, and household or building reception first. We will investigate with the fulfillment partner and carrier.
Please check your shipping address carefully. Contact us immediately if it needs correcting or you want to cancel an order. Changes may no longer be possible once production begins. Any reshipping charge caused by an incorrect address will be explained before you approve it.
Refunds and help
Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Your payment provider determines how long the credit takes to appear. If a refund has not arrived, contact us with your order number. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
